Query & Analysis 11 add-in menu is missing in Excel

Problem:

Query & Analysis (QA) 11 add-in menu is missing in Excel

Solution:

1. Close Excel

2. Follow the steps below

3. Open windows start menu > Find and Open Q&A plugin checker

4. Click on Add Plugin

5. If the Office Status changed to “Installed – plugin enabled (All Users)”, Infor BI Q&A is successfully added to Excel.

6. Click Close to finish
