PROBLEM
When trying to run various processes within Query & Analysis the following error is appearing:
SOLUTION
PLEASE ENSURE ALL open instances of Excel on your machine are closed before proceeding with the following:
1) Please download the Excel Addin Client installer from the following directory on your network: https://ennisstprd-sun-qa01.cloud.infor.com/Infor.DataLink/ExcelAddinClientInstaller/EvolveClientSetup.zip
2) Once downloaded (PLEASE NOTE: you might require assistance from your internal IT Department with this step) please unZIP the file, and ensure you right click the Setup_QandA.exe file, then select 'Run as Administrator' as shown below:

3) Once the EXE/Program file lauches you should have the option to 'Repair' your current install (as shown in the image below) - please select this option and let the Repair Installation complete:

4) Once the process has completed please try launching Excel and log into Q&A, then try running the process or report you were previously running when receiving the error.
