PROBLEM
When selecting 'Logon' from the Q&A/Infor Q&A 11 drop down menu in Excel, the User receives the following message:
If you select 'YES' the following message then displays:
SOLUTION
Please download the attached EvolveClientSetup.zip file to your local machine, Extract/UnZIP the contents - this should create a directory with the following contents:
PLEASE ENSURE you are logged out of Q&A and logged out of Excel.
Now run the Setup_QandA.exe file from the directory shown above - PLEASE NOTE you may need to right-click on the EXE file and select 'Run as Administrator' to ensure this runs successfully (you may need assistance from your internal IT Department to complete this process).
Once the installation process completes, please open Excel and try logging into Q&A again.
