Problem:
Unable to load QA addin in excel or it keeps crashing.
Solution:
1.o2010pia.msi (your QA setup folder includes this) or can be downloaded from the internet
2.vstor_redist.exe (your QA setup folder includes this) or can be downloaded from the internet
3. Install QA
4. enter the QA connection details (server information)
5. Exceladdinandremove.exe (would be at the location QA is installed)
