Problem:
Fail to initialize Excel cell's context menu to include the Drill Profile menu items
Root Cause: Q&A addin is disabled.
Solution:
1. Go to File > Option > Addins > Manage > click on drop down select disabled addins > then click Go
2. You will see the QA addin here, please select it and click enable:
