Problem:

SSC: Login failed , please check you have entered both name and password correctly

Solution:

- SSC and QA passwords are differnt.

- Kindly login with SSC password, if you have forgotten it, reset as per KB (https://ennismore.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/101000481101-ssc-login-failed-steps-to-reset-password)
